Direct hire positions are permanent, full-time positions with benefits. A direct hire position is one in which the client company utilizes the Quest Financial to find the talent, then hires them directly. A candidate offered a direct hire position is not an employee of Quest Financial, but goes directly on the client company payroll.
Temp to Perm positions arise when an employer would like a full-time employee, but does not want to commit to a permanent offer upfront. During the temp to perm period, the employee is considered an employee of Quest Financial’s and paid by the staffing firm until they are brough on permanently by the employer.
